By accessing or using Dele ("Service"), operated at dele.fun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dele provides a platform that allows users to deploy web applications by uploading files. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying storage limits, application quotas, and features.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google or GitHub account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Free Plan: Limited to 2 applications and 50 MB storage. Free-tier applications display a Dele watermark badge.
Paid Plans (Starter, Medium): Offer increased limits and additional features. Prices are listed on our Pricing page.
Enterprise: Custom plans available upon request.
Payments are processed via cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. If payment is not received, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
Host phishing sites or fraudulent content
Distribute illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or storage quotas
Abuse the payment system (e.g., submitting fraudulent transactions)
Scrape, crawl, or overload the Service infrastructure
Impersonate other users or entities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the applications and files you upload. By uploading content, you grant Dele a limited license to host and serve your content as part of the Service.
Our Service: The Dele platform, brand, logo, and associated materials are the property of Dele. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

7. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you deploy through Dele. We do not pre-screen uploaded content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dele shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your deployed applications will be taken offline. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
